Key Responsibilities:
To deliver stake holder's delight - both internal & external - through process-driven actions leading to execution excellence and result orientation.
- Strategic Intent & alignment
- Develop the state strategy based on organizational objectives
- Scan the environment - both external & internal - backed by data
- Work on strategic priorities for the state to strategic initiatives that need to be achieved with strict timelines
- Look at the initiatives from the following verticals
- Product positioning and suitability matching
- Promotion initiatives & strategies
- Retail management
- Channel / Dealer Management
- People - dealer & company: competency building through training
- Deployment
- Deploy plans for the state with a view to support the larger organization strategy
- Factor global business environment and leverages the same for own business
- Implementation of intents for each of the verticals mentioned earlier
- Scan the market for competitors activities & emerging opportunities
- Review
- Achieve market share, Plan and achieve volumes, spares and other business
- Monthly Reviews with Area Managers and critical dealers with timelines in the defined templates
- Enhancing efficiency through grooming & people development
- Knowledge & Skills:
