State Head - Retail Sales - Cement/Steel - Telangana

Hiring for one of our clients in the Steel Industry(with a turn over of 1000 crores plus) for a State Head position for Telangana. The candidate will be posted out of Hyderabad / Secunderabad. Prior experience in handling Telangana state in Steel / Cement is a mandatory requirement.

The job responsibilities will include:

- Managing & Defining Channel Marketing Strategy, including Business development in accordance with overall business goals and objectives. Engaging new dealer & distributor and simultaneously reviewing existing dealer & distributor as per business plan.

- Nurturing the team towards accomplishment of goals. Team management by CRM application & generating complete MIS.

- Developing Relationship with Key customers, Group of Influencers & Beauros that extends support beyond specific sales events and opportunities.

- Sales Coordination as per plan.

- Looking after local sales and other back office work.
