Job Description -
Reporting to Zonal Business Head
State head is overall responsible for P&L, Top Line, Distribution of mPOS and Focus more on VAS and Wallet
Top Line/ Distribution Driver:
- Top Line Custodian for all the Portfolio
- Ensure all the Circle office to meet their Target
- Placement of all our Portfolio in agreed Distribution Numbers
- Overall responsible of RTM of his state - Channel specific and Product Specific
P&L Ownership:
- He is would be responsible for P&L for his state
- Sales Over Head on Gross Income has to be positive
- He has to make sure that a minimum rental / Merchant are achieved for his State
- Creating and executing a strategic road map to expand POS& loyalty program for the state
- Acquiring New Business from Modern Retail and Large Format Retail Clients for Payment Acceptance & Loyalty Automation systems
- Risk an Fraud Management
Relationship Management:
- He has to have high level of engagement with all the major stake holders like Key Accounts, Institutions, Top Merchant in his States
- He has to also maintain the high level of engagement with all the top distributors in his state
- He has to have review of the market with all the top distributors at least once in a Quarter.
- He has to have good liaising with all the internal customers like Sales Support, Commercials, Distribution team, HR etc.
Administrative:
- Sales and Distribution MIS
- Monitoring
- Distributor ROI
- Forecasting CAPEX Investment
- Daily/ Weekly / Monthly reports are review and take corrective action ASAP
- Design state level promotions for the local market for the proper penetration,
Training and Development:
- He has to identify and suggest the required training to his team members
- Team engagement program
- Incentive and Reward for the top performer
Other Business Initiatives:
- Consultation with ABM, He has to identify and suggest various BTL activities to marketing
- He has to closely work with Zonal and HO marketing team to execute all the planned BTL activities.
- Managing the entire brand/merchant alliances for the state
- Piloting DSD Model
- New Product Launching
