Job Summary:

- As the State Head, you will be responsible for co-owning the fulfillment and P&L targets of the city, driving both demand and supply.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead a vibrant team, and ensure optimal productivity while scaling business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage P&L and profitability targets.

- Analyze demand and supply dynamics, driving supply generation.

- Develop and implement city-specific growth strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

- Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities for joint initiatives.

- Lead and mentor your team, preparing them for leadership roles.

Job Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in operations, with leadership exposure.

- MBA preferred.

- Strong project, people, and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical, data-driven decision-making approach.

- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
