- Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, overseeing daily operations, improving processes, collaborating with regional heads, monitoring market trends, managing finances, and expanding the company's presence with new branch openings.

Responsibilities to include:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share

2. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure they are efficient and aligned with the company's standards

3. Implement best practices to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity

4. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to the sales team

7. Work closely with regional heads and departments to ensure alignment and coordination

8. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
