Responsibilities to include:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
2. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure they are efficient and aligned with the company's standards
3. Implement best practices to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity
4. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to the sales team
5. Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
6. Prepare regular reports on state performance, including sales, operations, and financials
7. Work closely with regional heads and departments to ensure alignment and coordination
8. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
9. Plan and oversee the opening of new branches or facilities in key locations within the state
