- Workforce Planning
- Ensuring the lead time for recruitment in line with workforce planning and within budget
- Ensuring efficient sourcing of high quality candidates
- On boarding / Induction and initial hand holding
Talent Management & Performance Management :
- Facilitation in defining KRA's
- Ensuring timely and effective performance reviews and rewards
- Assist in providing insight and support to managers for performance planning and evaluation
- Supporting corporate initiatives on Career planning and Succession Planning
- Assisting in employee development initiatives
- Ensuring timely incentive / PLI pay-outs
Employee Engagement/ Talent Retention :
- Action planning on Employee Engagement survey (Gallup) and implementation of plan
- Custodian on HR polices and effective Implementation of the same
- Employee confirmations & probations tracking & review
- Retention of employees, taking timely initiatives
- Effective internal communication on Goals, targets, policies. Ensuring mechanism for effective listening (to the employees)
- Implementation of R & R schemes
- Enhancing Diversity
Compliances / Legal / Employee Records/ Payroll :
- Updation of complete Job Data for all employees in ERP
- On Time accurate Payroll Input through ERP
- Payroll calendar adherence and timely payouts
- Maintaining complete employee data and timely submission of MIS / trackers to corporate
- Ensuring 100% statutory compliances
- Maintaining discipline through effective disciplinary actions
- Ensuring effective handing of labour related legal cases
Other HR responsibilities :
- Drive SLT to achieve its core objectives of leadership alignment at state level.
- 100% compliance to State Priorities / AOP
- 100% compliance to Statutory requirement
