Hiring State Head for a leading Multinational FMCG Company (Food division).
1. Plays a key role in introducing the product portfolio across the key cities of the state through general trade model.
2. Appointing new Distributors and their salesmen to periodically replenish the sales
3. Distributor Management
4. Retailer management
5. Execute business plan for top line growth (Traffic, revenue), bottom line (cash flow)
6. Control costs
7. Monitor channel profitability in the region. Assess reasons for good or poor profitability
8. Be astute in identifying business opportunities and convert them to revenue
9. Coaching of Distributor Salesmen, apart from Distribution Penetration and Sales Volume.
Desired Profile:
Looking for candidates with 6-9 years of work experience from a reputed FMCG Company (Food division) handling General Trade sales model.
