State Head - Franchisee Business - Stock Broking Firm

Role & responsibilities:

- Managing the Equity franchisee business , for all the 5states in south locations

- Identify and onboard new Franchisees and support existing Franchisees to achieve set IR targets

- Ensure sub-broker registration

- Address all the payouts and other queries promptly

- Organize and execute training events for franchisees

Drive the team to:

- Acquire new Franchisee from reference, Open Market & cold calling.

- Acquire more franchise through events & various source such as referrals, data & Cold calling

- Continuously provide feedback on competitive activities and track market development

- Third party product cross sell

- We need candidates having 12+yrs exp in Equity Franchisee business from Stock Broking firm , anywhere from south locations , who are keen for Bangalore location.
