STATE HEAD - LIFESTYLE CONSUMER MAJOR WITH GLOBAL PRESENCE

The position would be responsible for efficient management of the company business in Andhra Pradesh. This position is required to interact with all business associates to create a favourable growth environment. The position requires to constantly explore new ways to grow business.

- Responsible for Sales , Marketing and operation activities in the state of Andhra Pradesh

- To achieve planed growth numbers in each of the channels

- To plan and implement promotion activities in coordination with marketing.

- To manage the existing retail operation within the cost parameters, specified by the management and cover gaps in retail.

- Inventory and account receivables management.

- To develop good relationship with key business associates

- To train develop and motivate staff.

Should have exposure of 4-6 years of following channels :

- EBO’s

- Franchisee operation

- Key Accounts (Dept and Hyper working – Modern Trade)

- Channel Management (Trade Dealer)

- Distributor

- Institutional Sales

Out of the above , he should have handled any 3 channels

Candidate who has experience of working in -- Lifestyle Cos / White Goods / Appliance Industry would be preferred.

Minimum Qualification : Graduation ( Any stream)

Desired: Post Graduate in Management.
