Job Description - Reporting to- Zonal Sales Head, the incumbent will Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and stretched targets for territories in support of zonal volume and market share objectives with inputs from Zonal Sales Heads
- Plan and execute promotions at state level for all brands
- Promote range selling within the given territories by leveraging his team for profitable growth
- Implement Trade promotions by publishing, tracking and evaluating trade spending
- Design and implement trade schemes and do collections
- Liaison with excise, government officials and state level bottlers
The Successful Candidate - Graduate with MBA in Sales and Marketing
- 10+ years of experience in Sales function
- Must have ample experience n leading teams
