Job Responsibilities :
- Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales & distribution activities to ensure revenue & sales objectives for the Rajasthan
- Drive Gross additions, Quality sales metrics, Base management & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions
- Review distribution health & take necessary actions to drive width & depth of distribution
- Provide regular assessment, devise & implement activities to upgrade sales competence in the state and mentor the Sales team
- Drive cross-functional teams through planning, tracking and reviews to ensure Revenue Earning Customers and Net Revenue for the state
Skills Required :
- An good understanding of sales channels & Retail Sales
- Person should be as team handling role.
- Ability to collaborate and work with large teams
- From Electrical industry preferably.
- Have good knowledge about market of the entire Rajasthan area
- Ability to ensure excellence in execution
- Teamwork and collaboration
Educational Qualifications : PGDBM/MBA
Work Experience :
- 12 - 16 years of work experience - in Electrical or related industry
- Team Managerial experience and must have led a sales
Purpose & Impact :
- Take charge of an entire state, manage a large team of SMs and ASMs.
- Plan, Monitor and Ensure Achievement of frontline Customer and Revenue Market Share objectives by aggressively driving multiple teams to deliver Operational excellence in Channel management and Market expansion
