State Head - Commercial Vehicle Vertical - NBFC

Company : A leading NBFC, part of a Large Conglomerate

Position : State Head - Commercial Vehicle

Location : Bangalore

The incumbent's primary business activity is into Financing of LCV / HCV across the region.

Preference to Candidates with NBFC background

Responsibilities :

- To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for the Commercial Vehicle Business across Region

- Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics

- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified

- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the region

- Grow the business and meet quarterly revenue targets

- Supporting collections team in bringing down the delinquency levels by reaching out to customers either directly or through dealerships

- Continuously track competition and gather market intelligence to gauge the effect on own business numbers & take
corrective actions as and when required.

Requirements :

Qualification : CA/MBA/Other Post Graduation

Experience :

- Around 7-9 years- NBFC Experience in a Corporate Organization of repute will be an added advantage

Other Attributes :

- Good understanding of the financial markets and the financial products

- Ability to lead/work in a team environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
