State Head Channel Sales (Electrical Vehicle/Auto Ancillary)
- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
- Tie with Financiers for Financing on vehicles to buyers
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
- Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
- Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
- Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
- Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
- Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricing.
- Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
- Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Highly driven individuals with 12-18 years of experience in B2C/Channel sales with Auto Ancillary Industries. You should be able to analyze the sales funnel, break it down into problem statements, find solutions and motivate partners and teams to implement them. Additionally, you should enjoy building teams and empowering them so that they can keep pushing the boundaries of growth.
2. You should have an appetite for steep ramp up plans and the drive to deliver against them.
3. Strategic sales experience in Electric Vehicle/Automotive.
4. Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, set processes from scratch and an ability to coach others on them.
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
6. Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
7. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, managing and encouraging sales teams with Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
8. Experience in identifying and establishing dealers and distributors across the region.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strategic and leadership competences.
10. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments.
