State Head, Channel Development & Sales (student acquisition)
A start-up in the education pace, edvantedge is looking to hire State Head, Channel Development & Sales for the states of Chhattisgarh, UP, Bihar and Jharkhand.
- Prior experience of doing sales in the education domain (channel development or student acquisition) is a MUST.
The positions will be based out of Raipur, Lucknow, Patna and Ranchi for Chhattisgarh, UP, Bihar and Jharkhand respectively. CTC will be the best in the industry and will have a large component of performance incentive.
Designation: Head, Channel Development & Sales (Student Acquisition)
Experience Required: 4-5 Years in education sector
Responsibility:
- Will be required to develop franchise business in all the district towns of the state within the given time frame.
- Manage franchise partner relationship on long-run mutually beneficial terms
- Will manage and grow the business through the existing channel partners
- Prepare student acquisition strategy taking into account product, competition, and resources
- Help channel partner in executing student acquisition strategy
- Directly execute student acquisition strategy in centers owned by edvantedge
- Will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day running of all the centers
