- The B.M would be accountable for achieving sales targets, leading and motivating the sales team of Area Sales Manager and Sales Officer achieving the width & depth of distribution and implementing the company's policy and strategies.

- Graduate, PG-in any specialization having minimum 10-15 yrs of FMCG experience in similar positions and working area.

- Computer Literacy is must.
