Role Purpose : We are hiring for the role of Branch Manager. This is a People Leader role reporting into the Region Head - East. In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by being a key stakeholder in our customers' journey - right from acquiring business via our various channels to maintaining relations with our existing client base and driving cross-selling and upselling of our entire suite of tailored solutions. You will be primarily responsible for the health and growth of the Branch. We also envision you as a dynamic leader who will build an engaged, high-performing team and fostering the culture of

What matters in this role :
- Expanding the Client Network and Driving Growth: Acquire quality clients to grow our ecosystem via the Retail and Banking channels, manage a vast portfolio of clients and through continuous meaningful engagement, drive revenue generation through cross-selling and upselling our Value Added Services, increasing Share of Wallet.
- Engage our clients regularly: With a large portfolio of clients across the geography, ensuring that we continue to engage them meaningfully via market activities, promotional offers, etc and derive insights from them will be a big part of your responsibility.
- Driving Strategy Implementation: You will be in charge of executing strategy devised at a regional/national level for your territory, seamlessly integrating it with local market intelligence and deep customer insight. As the custodian of your territory's performance, you will devise the correct execution plan and track progress regularly to ensure adherence to the plan.
- Instilling the right culture : You are responsible for not only delivering results, but also building the right culture within the team. - Partnering with Stakeholders: You will work with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) and build networks to leverage the same for business growth , solutioning and integrations and merchant NPS.
- Building and Managing a High-Performing Team: Focus on the talent mandate for the branch - right hiring , training, performance management, ensuring timely completion of HR processes.
- As their leader, you will also ensure high levels of engagement with the team and keep attrition rates well within the desired range
