We have an urgent opening a leading Beverage company for Lucknow location.

About the Role:

As the Sales Leader, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of company's within your territory. Your entrepreneurial mindset will be key to leading the sales strategy and ensuring profitable expansion.

In this role, you will focus on increasing sales, profit margins, and cash collection while expanding market reach. You'll cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, retailers, hotel and restaurant owners, and government entities. As a leader, you will represent company to all external partners.

You will lead a dynamic sales team, develop and implement sales plans, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. Your role is pivotal in expanding market presence, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and maximizing profitability across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Expansion: Lead a field-intensive team to ensure broad distribution across our portfolio of owned and partner brands within the territory.

- Strategic Partnerships: Initiate and close deals with retail and hospitality partners, securing a strong market share for our brands.

- Relationship Management: Oversee all aspects of partner relationships, from pitching and negotiation to billing, collection, and problem-solving.

- Performance Goals: Achieve or exceed annual sales targets within your assigned territory and accounts.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Drive business growth through analytical insights and the adoption of advanced tech platforms.

- Team Development: Mentor your team in both functional and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively build and sustain the business.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the state, aligned with overall company goals. Identify new business opportunities, set clear objectives, and ensure the effective implementation of sales plans.

- Market Penetration: Expand market reach by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities. Drive distribution and sales across all channels, including retail, wholesale, and institutional segments.

- Revenue & Profitability: Own and achieve sales targets, ensuring profitable growth in line with company objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, channel partners, and government bodies. Act as the primary point of contact for all external parties within the state.

- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to the senior management team.

What are we looking for?

- Qualification: Post Graduation (MBA).

- Experience: 12+ years in similar industries and at least 4-5 years on the state head role.

- Outstanding organizational and sales skills.

- Excellent communication and the ability to understand the customers' needs.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and intense environment.

- Passionate about alcobev and innovation.
