Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Head to lead our Sales in SURAT, & PUNJAB,.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the water purification industry, particularly in serving B2B clients.
- They will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and overseeing all aspects of business operations within the state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the state.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in the water purification industry, with a focus on serving B2B clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of water treatment technologies, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the state and occasionally nationally for client meetings and industry events.
