Job Description:

- Leading a member team to manage a network of distributors

- Responsible for making monthly plans for sales, product launches and ensuring the plan targets are met

- Designing product-wise geography specific inputs basis competition activities

- Driving distribution quality measures to ensure continuous availability of products at all times

- Planning and executing sell-out activities to help generate trails for the brands

- Identifying and enrolling Industry's top General Trade outlets

- Training of frontline sales force as well as salesmen & supervisors

Desired Profile:

- Candidates qualified from Premium Institutes are preferred

- Responsible for handling sales and distribution of consumer products

- Planning and executing distribution expansion across the state.

- Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, training and supervision of sales team.
