- P&L Accountability for the crop protection business in the state (Punjab & Haryana)

- Manage the team and the revenue of the state

- Collaborate and coordinate with the corporate team to influence and implement revenue growth strategies

- Type of candidate the employer is looking for

- Must be a Regional Manager / State Managers from a leading agro chemical company

- Must be a B Sc Agriculture (preferred candidates will have a MBA in addition to B Sc/MSc Agriculture)

- Candidates should have worked in the Cotton /Paddy Belt of Punjab or Haryana for 10/12 years

- Should have handled a business size of 50 - 80 crore INR
