Job Description:
This role holder will be key to strategize, build operation plan and execute regional growth initiatives while ensuring operational excellence.
The position involves setting and achieving sales targets, managing budgets, optimizing processes, and identifying new market opportunities to drive profitability and market share, all while aligning with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities to include:
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve regional growth and profitability and Align regional goals with overall corporate strategy and objectives
- Identify new market opportunities within the region to develop and implement plans which help to increase market share.
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations within the region.
- Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
- Set and achieve regional sales targets and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Manage the regional budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
