State/Circle HR Head - Telecom

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team as the Circle HR Head for Uttar Pradesh. This role is exclusively for female candidates who are passionate about driving HR strategies and initiatives in a large organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of managing HR operations in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the HR function for the entire Uttar Pradesh circle, managing a large workforce across multiple locations.

- Drive HR strategies including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR policies and initiatives that align with business goals.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.

- Oversee the learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

- Prior experience in leading HR functions in large organizations is a must.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Telecom, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or similar large-scale sectors.
