Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Business sourcing for BL(Small) - Educational Institutes for respective State & ensuring disbursement & AUM targets are met.
- Lead a team of Sales manager & Cluster Manager.
- Responsible for productivity of the team.
- Responsible for Hiring of team, training on product, etc.
- Responsible for development of strategies for loans acquisition.
- Responsible for P&L of the State.
- Maintenance of CRM for the State & identifying of Target market.
- Responsible for collection of the portfolio.
- Engage with customer for boosting business & ensuring the customers relationships are maintained.
Candidate Profile
- Overall experience into Sales - 8 to 14 years
- Minimum 5 years' experience in School / Institution funding is mandatory.
- Candidate should be only from Bangalore / karnataka
