Job Description:
Purpose of the Role:
- To develop Two wheeler finance business plan and product for distribution through urban, rural and digital channels.
- To build alliances with principals/OEMs, dealers, DSAs and aggregators.
- To build relevant organization structure to drive and build the business.
Job Description:
1. Build P&L plan for the product with 2 to 5 years horizon.
2. Develop product and policies for products.
3. Partner with risk and credit for development of suitable risk policy.
4. Work with Business heads for developing distribution and business plans through respective business channels and their organizational and channels network.
5. Work extensively on developing digital product & distribution framework and build necessary platforms for digital distribution.
6. Work on building the relevant organizational structure and hire people for the same.
7. Responsible for manufacturer Tie Ups.
8. Entering into national level tie ups with TW manufacturers.
9. Designing subvention schemes with manufacturers.
10. Streamlining dealer incentive pay-outs - pay-outs to be released as per the stipulated time.
11. Hiring of TW canvassers at approved TW locations.
12. Monitoring the productivity of TW canvassers.
13. Keeping the Canvassers pay-outs within budgets.
14. Managing PDD - for TW business.
15. Keeping the outstanding PDD % under the prescribed credit norms.
