About the Company :

The business is funded by marquee investors from financial services sector based out of India, Singapore and USA. The core team has graduate degrees from top universities globally such as University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, IIT, London Business School, and SRCC. The management team has 40+ years of cumulative experience globally with firms such as Deloitte, Merrill Lynch, Citi, Policybazaar, Kabbage, and Lehman Brothers. The Founder of the organization was a private equity and VC investor and was associated with marquee firms such as General Atlantic, Goldman Sachs and Everstone Capital. He was based in New York and holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.

Responsibilities :

- The successful candidate will work directly with the senior management team of the Company. The role involves end to end management of the product. From ideating product strategies to maximizing revenue, the person will be responsible for complete P&L of the product.

- The role involves to be a key stakeholder in the overall growth trajectory of the Company and also involves representing the company at industry events and interacting with industry participants.

- Drive strategic projects within the company such as new product development, innovating ways to broaden product's target base and improve operational efficiency.

- Create market maps for product growth and identify potential landscape for the product.

- Hire and manage a team.

- Monitor KPIs and other business metrics.
