About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager with 8+ years of expertise to drive our brand strategy, positioning, and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, building a strong and distinctive brand identity, and managing cross-functional collaborations to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a clear brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals, enhancing brand perception and loyalty.
- Campaign Management: Design and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other channels, focusing on ROI-driven strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and gaps for the brand's positioning.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling content for brand initiatives, working closely with creative teams to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visuals.
- Product Positioning: Collaborate with the product team to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiators, tailoring messaging for various customer segments.
- Customer Insights: Gather and leverage customer insights to inform brand strategies and improve customer experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to execute projects efficiently, meeting timelines and budgets.
- Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with market trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the FMCG, consumer goods and retail
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, market segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Proven ability to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on data-driven results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
