Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Business Partners in conducting analysis of human behavior data to provide insights that support decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to implement programs and initiatives related to employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and DEI.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of HR training and development programs for employees and managers.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating HR-related meetings, workshops, and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
