Roles & Responsibilities :

- Business development - responsible for new partner identification and onboarding.

- Negotiating deal structures, commercials, policy and other aspects of the partnership.

- Building and growing the lending book through co-lending and off book partnerships.

- Lender Management, Managing and growing business with partners leading to deeper integrations for the organization.

- Sales planning across partners.

- Funnel management through eligibility, pricing and fulfillment management with partners.

- Managing relationships with other key strategic partners for various business functions.

- Responsible for compliance and tracking with partners.

- Tracking and sharing key market and competitor insights.
