Role:

CA with Project/Product Management Focus - Experience: minimum 1-2 years post-qualification experience, ideally with some exposure to project management, automation, or digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand process automation needs.

- Analyze and design workflows to streamline financial and operational processes.

- Oversee project timelines, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

- Work closely with IT and software development teams to ensure automation tools are implemented effectively.

- Provide insights into cost optimization, compliance, and risk management through automation

2. Desired Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting and finance principles.

- Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (like Agile, Scrum).

- Analytical skills to assess current processes and design automation solutions.

- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams across departments.

- Familiarity with digital tools or ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus.
