We are seeking driven individuals to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, overseeing the PMO from the Founder's Office. This role is crucial in executing high-impact strategic projects that redefine the future of financial technology.

Role Summary: As a CoE team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver mission-critical projects aligned with our strategic vision. Your role will encompass project management, strategy formulation, and process optimization to ensure seamless execution and transformative results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support strategic fintech projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Collaborate with the Founder's Office and key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.

- Conduct market research, data analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, highlighting project achievements and key insights.

Qualifications:

Education: CA

- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, data analysis, PMO, Founder's office or a related field. Work experience in fintech or lending is a plus.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically.
