About the job:
- Develop and implement numerous sourcing strategies including database maintenance referral generation, head-hunting, advertisement/Job postings, direct sourcing, cold calling and networking to improve staffing services, & reduce dependency on Job site.
- Handle end-to-end IT & Non-IT Recruitment from sourcing to screening, short-listing to interview follow-ups till the closures.
- Recruiting from middle to top management level.
- Headhunting & LinkedIn hiring.
- Identify the right match according to requirement, Study the resume deeply, and understand the reason for change.
- Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background.
- Salary negotiation with the short-listed candidates.
- Handle the queries, give briefing & identify the missing gaps and finally shortlist the candidate.
- Formulating & modification of HR policies.
- Handling various HR reports (HR dashboard, Headcount report, survey analysis).
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
