- Monitor processing and issuance of new business as per SLA for the entire zone.
- Handle a team of underwriters, RBSM, Support Service officers, Operations executive of the zone.
- Engagement and coordination with sales channels & underwriting team for increased efficiency in business issuance.
- Support to business in achievement of FYP targets through achievement of high submission to issuance ratio.
- Manage Branch Operations related activities.
- Manage the customer services & Claims function.
- Ensure that various diverse functions such as HNI activities, Claims, Persistency, POS, Welcome Calling, Customer Service, Complaints Management are running smoothly and as per the stated SOPs/SLAs/metrics.
- Monitor audit compliance & analyze deviations.
- Implement existing/new processes in zone & branch offices as per SOP amendments / system enhancements.
- Act as the Key of the office holder and ensure proper infrastructure (facilities and IT) in all branches in the zone by being the key stakeholder to zone facilities and IT.
- Develop and monitor the Roadmap projects for the zone and drive implementation.
- Undertake budgeting for all operational and capex expenses.
