- Execution of function-wise Manpower plan at Regional level by deploying manpower
- Identification of effective & efficient sources of acquisition of manpower
- Ensure smooth on-boarding and joining formalities, induction and maximize longevity and success of employees
- HR Operations & timely Payroll inputs for smooth employee life cycle management
- Partnering in managing performance of Regional employees by conducting mid-probation checks, productivity analysis and periodic performance reviews
- Exit management & feedback & timely input for processing exit transaction
- Facilitation of annual appraisal process, expectation setting and appraisal discussions
- Handling employee grievances
- HRMIS & Analysis
- HiPo management in co-ordination with HO team
- Administer regional Assessment Development Centre
- Manage employee retention
- Develop employee engagement framework for the region and measure its effectiveness
- Conduct Open House/ Regional Town Hall
- Fun at work initiatives/celebrations
- Execution of Career Progression Program in the region as per Career Progression framework
- Partner in implementation of ESS in the region
