- The job holder is expected to evaluate, implement, support, troubleshoot and maintenance of a company's HR systems
- The job holder is responsible for maintaining employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity. The job role also requires to liaison with IT department and HRMS vendor
- The job holder is expected to take care of the entire employee life cycle, plus the experiences that involve an employee's role, workspace, manager& well being.
- In addition to the above mentioed points, the role holder is also expected to partner with the organisation and support its growth by crafting and deploying new Human Resource strategies.
Education - MBA or equivalent degree from a Tier 1 institute with specialisation in Human Resources.
