Divisional Head
- Leading, managing and monitoring of sales from the identified partner Bank-branches covered within the region and implementing the regional Bancassurance distribution strategy in line with the overall Bancassurance distribution strategy.
- Build and sustain relationships with the regional level officials of the partner bank covered within the region.
- Responsible for achievement of the area/division's sales target through monitoring of achievement of territory targets by team.
- Responsible for achievement of targets in respect of various parameters as well as for implementation of the special projects undertaken and their outcomes.
- Ensure that high net worth individuals and group business clients are provided with suitable insurance policies and efficient costumer service.
- Responsible for management and development of the team.
- Ensure conduct of the regional distribution campaign/ sales promotion schemes within the allocated budget.
- Ensure smooth launch of new products in the region through conduct of promotional activities.
- Monitor the after- sales services provided to the distributors and customers, especially in respect of renewal persistency and death claims, etc.
- Ensure compliance of the regional Bancassurance Distribution team with the regulatory norms as well as various corporate policies at all times.
