We are looking for an addition to our HR Team at our Head office in Vashi. Key responsibility will be to lead Talent Acquisition and Talent management COE. Supported by a team of 4-5 people, the role holder will have direct working with all key stakeholders including CEO in the company.  Key functional deliverables :  1. Generalist and relationship manager for 250 employees at Head office  2. Talent Management for 3000 + employees across our 92 locations  3. Talent acquisition for key roles only  4. OD and L&D initiatives for the company  5. Best practices implementation  6. Large scale important event management for the company like annual day, R&R, Strategy meets etc.  Prefer candidates with strong communication skills, maturity to handle senior stakeholders and technical competence in key matters of OD.
