Star TV - Assistant Manager - Planning

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Preparation of the Annual Operating Plan and Rolling Forecast

- Monthly P&L reporting and Analysis

- Liaise closely with different Finance and local accounting teams to establish timelines, inputs and deliverables

- Monitor business performance versus both internal (historical trends, business plans) and external benchmarks (competition, TV landscape)

- Interpret market data to assist the management of the business

- Involved in various ad hoc projects from time to time

- Developing and Maintaining Interactive Dashboards

QUALIFICATION:

- MBA (Finance) / CA (first attempt)

- 2-3 Years post qualification experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Excel and PowerPoint - Advanced

- Hyperion / Essbase

- Data Visualization

- Experience with either of PowerBI, Tableu etc.

- Knowledge of BARC will be an added advantage.
