Qualifications (MUST): MBA-marketing with 6-9 yrs work experience preferably from FMCG/ Creative Agency
- Drive brand initiatives for a leading Hindi GEC and manage end to end execution for brand projects
- Drive brand initiatives and bring the brand philosophy to life through right apertures
- Manage end to end execution for brand projects including creative development, media rollout and result measurement
- Develop sharp consumer insights to give shape to brand communication
- Monitor & chase brand consistency across mediums w.r.t Look, Feel & Tonality
- Work closely with Research and Strategy team to arrive at key insights that can help the Brand
- Develop & Rollout campaigns in stringent and dynamic timelines
- Think out of box solutions and drive innovations with a fresh perspective
- Build strategic partnerships and drive agency relationships
- Track consumer trends to ensure brand positioning relevance in different markets and TGs
- Create consumer-insight frameworks to arrive at right propositions and sharp briefs
Required:
- Has experience across FMCG &/or Creative Agency
- Understands brand development process and has strong hold on consumer insights
- Has handled or been a part of mass category brands
