Agency Team has been created as a strategic unit in the Sales Team to meet the organization's goals.   Your key responsibilities  If you are ready to make a solid impact in this space and be an evangelist in this journey, come join us!  Your key responsibilities  - Scale-up the business by partnering with agencies and Increase share of wallet with agency holding companies   - Partner with Central Trading Teams, Trading Desks and Client Teams at the Top 5 holding companies  - Joint Business Planning, Execution & Review with top 5 agencies.   - Knowledge Sharing with Monthly Roadshows with individual media agencies, Participation in available forums with agencies and Agency events for top properties.  What to bring   - Proven established agency relationships, structuring and extraction of insights from interactions with KAMs at agencies and follow-ups.   - Ability to work alongside client leads/teams within Hotstar and create value by bringing in expertise with information and intelligence on clients and campaigns.  - 5-7 yrs of experience; a mature professional who can hold discussions and dialogues with agency heads and create inroads for business scale-up.   - Self-starter; we need someone who can align to a shared vision.  - A hard-working team-player who can work across the organization with a lot of enthusiasm, mutual respect and focus.
