City Manager - BTL Sales and Partnerships.

This role as a City Manager will be P&L oriented, establish the BTL Sales Channel, build and manage partnership, alliances & relationships with partners to mutually benefit all the parties involved and for the growth of the company in terms of revenue as well as otherwise.

Responsibilities:-

- Responsible for all BTL activities (Kiosk/campaigns/Insurance Campaign/Events etc.) and generating leads and taking them to closure.

- Work with startups and corporates for strategic alliances for cross selling of various insurance products. Develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.

- Work with stakeholders internal and external to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.

- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company.

- Should manage the overall BTL Marketing spend, will be responsible for the P/L of the city.

- Should handle a team.

- Formulate and implement strategies to improve sales.

Requirements:-

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills - knowledge of local language will be an advantage.

- Proven ability to lead a team

- Experience in Insurance Sales is an advantage

- Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
