Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Star Estate in Chandigarh.
- The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, overseeing account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, implementing sales initiatives, and leading the team to meet targets.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills, Sales, and Sales Management skills.
- Experience in Account Management and Team Management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Must have at least 12 years of experience working in Real Estate Chandigarh market.
- Must have team Handling experience of about 20-25 sales folks.
