Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Luxury Sales (Real Estate) at Star Estate.
- This is a leadership role handling sales team for revenue generation.
- Will drive revenue and margin growth, enhance productivity and lead the sales strategy, vision and growth.
Skills and Prior Experience:
- Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving sales targets.
- Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning, strategic direction for sales enhancement, promotion, coordination with cross-functional teams, hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of sales team.
- Develop the quarterly & annual sales plan and the strategies, tactics, and necessary resource planning vital to achieve Bangalore Branch Business Goals.
