About the job:
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage Sales team, Follow-up, Closures
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Encourage team for site visits & closures
- Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-16 years of experience
- Full understanding of the real estate transaction practices
- Exposure and experience in dealing with Developers
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication skills
