- Serve as a primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managing negotiations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously assess and optimize sales processes, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
