Job Purpose Statement : To create profitable customer driven ranges and promotions to deliver sales and margin targets. To prepare a buying plan that supports a group of products that supports the delivery of the customer plan.

Job Responsibilities :

- To prepare buying plan that supports delivery of the customer plan

- Achieve sales and margin targets and supersede the same

- Have great range which gives customers a reason to shop with us across all store formats

- Develop supplier base to achieve competitive advantage

- Negotiate product cost and rebates to continually drive down costs for our customers

- Plan and negotiate market leading promotions

- Use the exit process to optimise sell through and minimise exit costs

- Coaching and Managing the team to deliver their best
