Staqu Technologies Private Limited is an AI startup, working to create a research ecosystem to develop advanced artificial intelligence powered technologies which can be used in solving impactful real-world problems. We are working to decouple big data in to its constituent elements like text, speech and images and then further perform selective amalgamation of these elements to generate advanced hybrid deep neural networks models. We are working closely with various government, private and academic institutions to take AI to the next level

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to help grow partnerships in India and increase revenue from this channel. You will be responsible for increasing our footprint and growth for integrated solutions developed on partner platform facilitating long-term, value-based relationships through direct engagement with decision makers, strategic account plan development, and personalized, one-to-one marketing.

The ideal candidate will bring along the partner background that has given them a head-start and enables them to drive successful partnerships and engage at the CXO level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Acquire new partners into the partner program and establish productive ongoing relationships through business planning and goal setting.

- Core objective to increase user base by penetrating deeper into the current use case and identifying new use cases

- Manage the strategy, execution, and integration of new strategic partnerships.

- Generate sales pipeline through your network of partners.

- Be the go-between for partners and the internal delivery team to ensure partners success KPIs are met.

- Increase the productivity of the existing partners through structured partnership process including supporting strategic planning and training sessions for partners.

- Collaborate internally with product and operations teams to help deliver on, and develop, new business models.

- Own, measure and grow partnership initiatives against identified KPIs, including testing and optimization efforts to maximize partnership and business performance and achieve established goals.

- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for the offering and inform future business opportunities and priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong business acumen, structured problem-solving skills, and ability to think strategically.

- A hustler and empathetic person who can collaborate and execute the business fast

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple functions and organizational groups with high stakeholder management skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships

- An open, intuitive and curious mind to learn, unlearn and experiment

- Proactive and self-motivated to deliver excellence independently

- Must be willing to work in high growth and fluid work environment

Required Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in business development / strategic partnerships, preferably in Saas.

- Relevant experience in leading and managing partnerships is a plus

- Bachelor's / Master's / MBA degree
