Job Role
1. Content Creation:-
- Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
- Craft compelling captions, posts, and multimedia content.
2. Strategy Development:-
- Formulate and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the brand's online presence.
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter platforms and trends.
3. Audience Engagement:-
- Foster community engagement through comments, messages, and interactions.
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback and inquiries.
4. Analytics and Reporting:-
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools and metrics.
- Generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
5. Campaign Management:-
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
6. Brand Advocacy:-
- Cultivate brand advocates and influencers for collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in the industry.
- Planning giveaways with other brands and influencers on monthly basis.
- Creating and promoting single brand tonality in all social media platforms.
7. Monitoring Trends:-
- Stay abreast of social media trends and algorithm changes.
- Adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
8. Platform Management:-
- Manage and update social media profiles on various platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines.
