Job Responsibilities:
1. Part of Corporate L&D team directly associated with function.
2. Identify Business priorities and related issues with a ground up approach, across functions
3. Program Designing, relevant to audience profile and their role, in alignment with the organizations- objectives and developing subject matter expertise.
4. Content and assessment creation for all functional interventions in alignment with the Function Leaders.
5. Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching.
6. Working closely with various leaders across function and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements.
7. Conduct workshops both in functional and soft skills domain.
8. Constant upgradation of training tools and content.
9. Skill-building across functions- with long term skill development, across behavioral, soft and leadership domains.
10. Adherence to the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions to implement the required training.
11. Evaluate and onboard high-quality vendors/ external partners for specialized workshops.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Training Lead with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office / G Suite Tools.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
