The opportunity :
- We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to help own and lead the thinking for self-serve acquisition, lead-gen, and go-to-market enablement for all business lines.
- Leading Digital Marketing activities of the brand to generate awareness, leads and hence contributing revenue growth of the organization
- Strategizing Paid Media across different push & pull platforms
- Managing Digital Marketing Agency for self serve tools like Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Planning Monthly Acquisition targets of Digital while achieving the desired CAC
- Help catering the Demand in Niche Target Markets by using SMS & WhatsApp Marketing
- Generating additional leads via Affiliates, Database Marketing & Influencer Marketing
- Testing & Experimenting different stages of user funnel like Landing Pages to improve the conversion rate from Digital Campaigns
- Manage multiple agencies and stakeholders to deliver campaigns & meet revenue goals
- Manage and own campaign budgets to deliver performance across key metrics like monthly spends, CAC and CPL, etc.
- Drive high-quality user acquisition predominantly through Google SEM, Programmatic Display, Ad networks, Affiliates, Facebook, and Instagram
- Execute Brand campaigns across channels like YouTube / Display / Programmatic etc.
- Plan and launch with app marketing campaigns for - lead gen and conversion
- Should be a pro in data analysis & deriving data oriented solutions to drive business KPIs
- Experience with handling budgets at scale across channels
