We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will be able to formulate market plans in sync with business objectives, be a strong, hands-on operational manager who is able to execute against plans and actively build visibility and understanding of market opportunities across the organization.
This role will involve closely partnering with product and sales leaders across geographies on successful product revenue and adoption programs and in surfacing market feedback on product opportunities. As a member of the Product Marketing Team, you will be responsible for talking to users, analysing data, breaking down problems into concrete steps, spec-in out solutions & ensuring new feature adoption go smoothly.
The Opportunity :
- Use a combination of app-marketing, marketing automation & performance marketing to own and deliver the north star metric of ARPU (Revenue per user)
- Own metrics like AOV, Order penetration & drive product led growth of value-added services used by Stanza residents
- Identify new ways to monetize users on the platform
- Work closely with the product team to create journeys that would maximize penetration & repeat use of services
- Track user events and funnel closely to identify spending patterns & strategize campaigns accordingly
Skill Sets :
- Experience in technology or advertising, experience with performance advertising across display, ad networks and/or search highly regarded
- Product marketing experience in technology sector and demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels
- Solid understanding of tracking all the right events in the user journey & leverage this data to maximize funnel conversion
- Experience presenting to groups/C-level executives
- Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional lead
